Deer Path

Inspired by the sweeping medley of
colors that make up the Wyoming landscape; azure blues and golds and browns and earth reds, I approached the matboard canvas with this limited color palette, and everything else was conjured on its own whim.
In my treks through the BLM, I have followed many a deer path and
spotted many a doe, and to this day I am still captivated by the lithe majesty that is the deer. I can't
quite put my finger on it. But whenever you see one, your heart immediately catches, and there is
such a commanding presence of magical sensitivity to them.
Regardless of the setting. Regardless of the simple fact that they are a fairly common animal.
