Inspired by the getup of the Bandit in the movie The Fall , I had the idea to create a character with the name
Rosenthal bouncing around in my head. What I inevitably came up with was a female sable antelope archer:
her body being honed by the discipline of her art, her right antler clipped to prevent the snagging of the bowstring when she drew back the arrow, her demeanor stoic and calculated like one of a true hunter. In the plains where she hails, she has become the predator - not the prey.
