referenced from a vivid dream experience and inspired by wyoming landscapes. i recommend Robbie Basho’s primitive guitar trance treasure ‘Visions of the Country’ to accompany the viewing because this album is the purest recording of romantic mysticism I have ever heard about wyoming. Robbie himself was an obscure, prolific oddity with a tragic ending, undoubtedly a channeler, and comprised this record without ever stepping foot here. i have cherished memories of listening to his music and hearing what sounds like choirs and layers of instrumentation when it’s just one man and a guitar /or piano. indescribable. ‘Night Way’ and ‘Orphan’s Lament’ especially get me weepy.
